  • Cleaning deposit of $250 required for all facilities up to 2,000 sq. ft. $500 for any facility over 2,000 sq. ft.
  • Base price includes table and chairs for up to 100 people.  Additional seating:  $15 per table/chairs for 6; $16 per table /chairs for 8.
  • If special room set up (over 100 people, or a special arrangement of tables & chairs) is required, add $75
  • Challenger Learning Center requires at least one staff member to be on duty during all events.  Challenger Learning Center business hours are Monday-Friday 8-4:30 p.m.  If weekend, holiday, or after hours CLC staff is required, add $15 per hour.
  • If alcohol will be served, you must obtain a permit and provide CLC with a copy 1 week before the event.
